Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bold Gaming website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future modifications. Bold Gaming reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this User Agreement & Privacy Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. When changes are made, we will revise the "last updated" date and may provide additional notice by email, account notification, or prominent notice on the Service where appropriate. All changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bold Gaming, its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. Bold Gaming does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected, and all content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Bold Gaming's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to Bold Gaming for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
